Introduction

Students record their stories in pairs using their box stories. After the recording is finished a live library is created available for other students.

Learning Objectives

  • Students record all the stories to create an audio library

Process

The children get in pairs to do the activity. The first student narrates and the other videotapes the hands of the child-narrator as he unwinds his thread and tells his story. Then the roles are reversed, and the same activity is done. The videos are uploaded to a secure website (youtube, teams) that only students will have access to. This way children will be able to show the videos to their peers in other schools.

Conclusion

In a pleasant way the students become reading couples. They still find a way for their stories to travel even further.
